Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: January 20, 2026

By using Postible (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Postible helps you publish content to the social platforms you connect. Third-party platforms can change their rules or APIs at any time, and that may affect posting or features.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • the content you upload and publish,

  • having rights to use that content (copyright, music, trademarks),

  • following each platform’s rules.

Connected accounts (OAuth)

You may connect accounts via OAuth. We may store tokens needed to operate the Service, but we do not store platform passwords. You can revoke access anytime from the platform.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service (spam, illegal content, hacking, disrupting systems, bypassing platform restrictions). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Availability & warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that posts will always succeed on third-party platforms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Postible is not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, data, business interruption). If liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for the Service in the last 3 months (or €50, whichever is higher).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer laws say otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms and change the “Last Updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
